At fashionhouses, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return as per the conditions below.
return eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Used, damaged, or late returns will not be accepted.
return process
To initiate a return, you must first request approval. After approval, the return address will be shared. Currently, pickup service is not available and customers must courier the product back at their own expense.
product inspection
All returned products go through quality inspection before approval.
refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
exchanges
Exchanges for size or color are allowed after inspection and are subject to stock availability.
non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- innerwear
- accessories
- sale or clearance items
- used or damaged products
imported product notice
All products are imported. Minor variations in packaging or labeling may occur.
return shipment responsibility
Customers must securely pack return shipments. fashionhouses is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
